Happy Birthday To Me ! And BLOG CANDY TOO !

Tomorrow ,September 16th is my 51st Birthday.  Where has the time gone?  It seems like a week ago I was a kid and I grew up during that week and just yesterday I got married and had a family.  And in the blink of an eye, now my girls are grown women and doing well on their own. Happily for me, DH and I are still going strong after 29 years of marriage so I still have him by my side on my journey through life.  And I have been blessed with many, many friends along the way.

I have decided to do something special this year on my blog to celebrate my birthday and share a little birthday joy with all my many crafty friends.  So I have some neat BLOG CANDY to give away!

LEAVE A COMMENT and TELL ME WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT BIRTHDAYS to win. I will randomly pick 3 winners (1 for each prize) and announce them on my blog on Friday, September 17th by Noon.  Comments need to be entered by Midnight, September 16 CST to be eligible to win.

BLOG CANDY:
BLOG CANDY #1:  9 Assorted Sheets of Grafix Cling Vinyl in 9X12 sheets

BLOG CANDY #2:  4 sets of Cuttlebug Dies shown above

BLOG CANDY #3: A Martha Stewart Floral Lace Edge Punch

It would really make my day if you also decided to follow my blog.  I am working on some wonderful projects and ideas to share with my crafty friends here and would hate to see you miss any of it.

Thanks for helping make my birthday special by participating !  Hugs to you all!

Happy Birthday to you!! Hope it is as good and wonderful as it can be!

I have just recently found Blog sites and I LOVE that you and others post theirs on the Circle! Thank you!!

My favorite thing about birthdays is that my two grown boys and their families come to visit--usually at separate times due to busy schedules. They both married wonderful wives. Last weekend my older son and his family came over with all the ingredients and COOKED Supper for me! He has been doing this for several years. Who would not love that?
My husband's family find the most outrageous, but sweet birthday cards. If only I knew where they found them. I love birthday cards!

Thanks for your blog and sharing ideas. GrandmaCindy

Happy Birthday to you and many, many more. I love Birthdays. I love getting cards from my boys and getting pampered by hubby. Love surprise gifts no matter what they are. The list goes on and on but the best part of it, I get to spend it with my family.

Happy Birthday. I have a favorite saying for birthdays. I'm not sure who came up with it though. "Birthdays are good for you. Statistics show the more you have the longer you live." My favorite part of birthdays is when members of my family visit or call me. (I also love the cake!)Cindy

The best thing about birthdays is having the family together. The worst thing about birthdays is having the family together! LOL
Seriously though, I don't particularly care about my b/d one way or another. What I love is seeing the faces on my children or husband, even my Mom, when I'm able to give them something special. Have a wonderful birthday Deb!

I love everything about birthdays but most of all I love presents. I don't mean necessarily for me either. I love to give out goodie bags on my birthday but I don't mind getting gifts too.

Have a fantastic birthday!! Your blog is great and the blog candy is soo exciting!

We don't always celebrate on THE day of our birthdays, but we do set aside a day to celebrate. It's always a great day, because the Birthday person chooses what they want to do on celebration day! "Gifts" are involved, but not what one might think in the way of "birthday gifts". The birthday person chooses a "gift" to give to someone else. It might be grocery shopping to donate goods to the food pantry, yardwork or errands for the elderly, errands or childcare for a single mom, etc. We start out hoping to be a blessing to someone - and always end up being the one who is blessed! Oh, of course the birthday dessert (sometimes cake) is always great too!
